Imagine The Gardens at Wildflowers, where each business owns its own space and yet enjoys and shares the gardens and common space.
The property is landscaped to maximize the up north look, four private residential condiminiums on the back of the lot enjoy a view of the woods and a private garden and pond beyond.
Below each residential condo is a retail condo, allowing owners to live on the property if they desire to.
Then there's the wine tasting room; designed and lanscaped to also offer space for private parties, receptions, business gatherings.
At the front of the lot a restaurant, with a deck that is landscaped with a wall of flowers and a pond at the front.
